Is it possible to run database maintenance tools such as nfixup.exe and ncompact.exe from a workstation running Lotus Notes against server stored databases? (I know i can do this against local replicas on individual workstations.)

If possible i would like to run 6 instances of ncompact.exe against databases in the /mail directory. This would decrease our server downtime.
